Bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

5. Access and Safety

You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property. We reserve the right to refuse to collect any item that is hazardous, illegal, or unsafe to handle.

6. Liability

We take care when handling your property. However, we cannot accept liability for items that were not properly secured, fragile items not disclosed to us, or pre-existing damage.

7. Waste Disposal

We dispose of collected waste responsibly and in accordance with UK regulations. Where possible, items are separated for reuse or recycling.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
